Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ampuPTee. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and registration for any ampuPTee educational course, event, webinar, or training program.

By registering for a course or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

ampuPTee courses are intended for licensed healthcare professionals working within rehabilitation or related healthcare fields.

By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate.

2. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, manuals, videos, graphics, frameworks, and educational content are the intellectual property of ampuPTee unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not:

  • Record audio or video during courses without written permission.

  • Reproduce, distribute, upload, share, or sell course materials.

  • Use course content for commercial teaching purposes without authorization.

Course registration grants access for personal educational use only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

3. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required to secure registration unless otherwise approved in writing.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Registrant is responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and current.

4. Refund & Transfer Policy

Because live events involve venue commitments, printed materials, staffing, and limited seating, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations requested at least 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus applicable payment processing and transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

However, registrants may:

  • Transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost.

  • Request a credit toward a future ampuPTee course within 12 months of the original course date.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@ampuptee.com.

ampuPTee reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

5. Course Cancellation or Rescheduling

ampuPTee reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, change instructors, or modify course delivery format due to low enrollment, travel disruptions, emergencies, venue issues, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If ampuPTee cancels a course, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Credit toward a future course.

ampuPTee is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses, hotel costs, loss of income, or other personal expenses incurred by registrants.

6. Continuing Education (CEU) Information

ampuPTee makes reasonable efforts to obtain CEU approvals where applicable. However, approval status may vary by profession, licensing board, or state.

Participants are responsible for verifying acceptance of CEUs with their licensing board or employer.

Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet attendance and participation requirements.

7. Assumption of Risk

Some courses may involve hands-on labs, movement activities, transfers, gait training demonstrations, or physical participation.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

Participants are responsible for practicing within their professional scope and clinical judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ampuPTee, its instructors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Participation in a course,

  • Application of educational content,

  • Technical issues,

  • Injuries or losses related to course activities.

All educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace professional clinical judgment.
